COllective Practices
for rest & Renewal

an invitation

In times of uncertainty and chaos, we are called to tend deeply to ourselves so we can show up for our families, our communities, and the world.

The Tend Collective invites you to slow down and reconnect with yourself. Join our weekly offerings in yoga, meditation, grief gatherings, sound healing, and more, to create space for healing, reflection, and renewal—together.

Whether you're beginning a new practice or deepening an existing one, you are welcome here.

Come as you are. Tend to yourself. Tend to the collective.

  • Our facilitators are steeped in traditions of rest, somatics, sound healing, yoga, meditation, energy healing, and more. Read more about our facilitators here.

  • There is a wide range of offerings, and the format will vary by practitioner. A description of some of the offerings:

    • Yoga Nidra: also known as "yogic sleep," yoga nidra is a form of guided meditation that promotes deep relaxation & rest.

    • Yin Yoga: a style of yoga that focuses on deep, passive stretching and holding poses for extended periods.

    • Restorative yoga: a relaxation practice for deep rest, the body is supported by basic props you can find at home (pillows, blankets, books).

    • Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that uses sound vibrations produced by various instruments to promote relaxation, balance energy, and improve overall well-being.

    • Grief Cafe: these gatherings are for folks holding any form of grief or sorrow. Facilitators guide opening and closing meditations and hold space for unstructured sharing throughout.

Our first 40-day round of offerings is complete. Sign up to learn when we launch our next round of offerings

  • The Tend Collective radiates the essence of its name—a space of care, connection, and deep nourishment. With teachers and healers sharing yoga nidra, sound meditation, embodiment practices and more, it offers a place to root, rest, and grow.

  • This offering has been very empowering for me and also I know that it’s only because of the act of community and generosity of some very talented individuals coming together. It shows that the world has some very benevolent people who have strived to put their talents together towards a supportive act of service to the community. Thank you so much!

  • I love having something on my calendar that reminds me to slow down and check in with my body, heart, and mind. Tend has deeply grounded leader/teachers and every session I've been to has been beneficial.
